Save the Date: Night Golf, Saturday September 19

We are turning the lights out and the glow sticks on.

Night Golf is Saturday, September 19, with a 7:00 p.m. start. Glowing balls, lit up flagsticks, a golf course you know by heart made completely unrecognizable by darkness, and the singular joy of watching a friend who has never three putted in his life take five from twelve feet because he genuinely cannot see the hole.

Here are the details.

Cost: $40 per person, or $150 for a foursome if you sign up as a group. The maths favours the foursome.

Field size: Limited to 48 players. That is a hard cap, not a soft one.

If we go over 48: we will run a lottery to fill the field, and everyone will know where they stand well before the night itself.

This is a members event. You are more than welcome to bring guests, and we hope you do. The only rule is that every foursome must include at least one member.

Prize for the most tricked out, lit up golf bag. This is not a throwaway line at the bottom of a notice. We are expecting effort. We are expecting LED strips, we are expecting battery packs, and we are fully prepared for at least one person to arrive with a bag that requires its own extension cord. Bring it.
