Annual General Meeting

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING- September 5, 2026

In accordance with the current by-laws of the Sturgeon Point Golf Club (the “Club”), a corporation governed by the Not-for-Profit Corporations Act, 2010 (Ontario), notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting (the “Meeting”) of the senior and intermediate members of the Club, will be held at the Sturgeon Point Golf Club, 56 Gray Road, Fenelon Falls Ontario, at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern Daylight Time) on September 5, 2026.

Votes at the meeting may be cast in advance by proxy or in person at the Meeting.

The meeting is being held for the purposes of:

Receiving the annual financial statements of the Club for the year ended December 31, 2025, including the review engagement thereon;

Electing four Sturgeon Point Directors; and

Transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting or any adjournment or adjournments thereof.

Proxies to be used at the meeting or any adjournments thereof must be:

received by physical delivery in person, by mail, or by email or

be voted electronically.

In each case proxies must be received not later than 5:00 p.m. (Sturgeon Point Time) on August 31, 2026

Members may also vote in person at the Meeting.
